PRIVACY POLICY

Frazzled and Bedazzled will never sell, rent, give away, or loan any information captured on its website regarding our customers, including email addresses, to a third party. 

We gather email addresses only when you place an order or ask a question.  We will only use your information when it is necessary to contact you or respond to your questions.  If you make a purchase or register for a wholesale account,  we will use your email address to notify you of special sales or offers. You may opt out of receiving our emails at anytime.

We will handle all information in a way that is as safe as possible at all times.

SHIPPING POLICY

We will attempt to ship orders within 2 business days. Allow 1-2 weeks for wholesale orders. We ship orders Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays.  Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing an order for shipment.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Refunds and exchanges will be granted 10 days from receipt of merchandise. No returns or exchanges on personalized merchandise.

Wholesale order returns require authorization and are subject to restocking fees. Claims for damaged merchandise must be made within 5 days of receiving the order.  Refunds will be credited to you in the same method your purchase was made.
